Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in building repair and maintenance
- 2Proven expertise in four of the five trades: plumbing carpentry painting masonry or electrical
- 3Valid Maryland Class C noncommercial driver’s license
- 4Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5Knowledge of Spark and Airflow for data pipeline management
- 6Ability to work safely on ladders and scaffolds
