What You'll Do7
- 1Prepare cold and hot breakfast items before service, cutting fruit and veggies and cooking eggs and meats.
- 2Set up the breakfast station with dishes, utensils, and food displays following brand standards.
- 3Check hot food temperatures every 30 minutes and replenish items as needed.
- 4Restock cold items like yogurt, milk, and juice, and keep the chill station clean.
- 5Clear tables, wash dishes, and clean spills to keep the dining area inviting.
- 6Complete closing duties: store food, clean equipment, take out trash, and lock up.
- 7Track food inventory and tell management what to order before supplies run out.
Requirements8
- 11+ year in a customer-facing role.
- 2Ability to work 5:30am-11:30am shifts, including weekends.
- 3Professional appearance and clear communication skills.
- 4Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests and coworkers.
- 5ServSafe Certification preferred but not required.
- 6Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- 7Knowledge of proper use and cleaning of industrial kitchen equipment.
- 8Fluency in English and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
