What You'll Do9
- 1Set up the breakfast area each morning, stocking coffee, juices, pastries, fruit, and hot items to brand standards.
- 2Greet guests with a smile, answer questions, and assist with special requests to make their breakfast enjoyable.
- 3Keep the dining room, service counters, and food preparation equipment clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
- 4Monitor food temperatures with a thermometer to ensure safety and compliance with ServSafe guidelines.
- 5Restock plates, cups, utensils, and condiments as needed to keep the buffet fully supplied.
- 6Clear and wipe tables, sweep floors, and maintain a tidy presentation for guests.
- 7Break down and clean the breakfast setup after service, storing food properly and sanitizing surfaces.
- 8Report inventory shortages or equipment issues to the F&B Manager promptly.
- 9Perform additional duties as assigned to support the hospitality team.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2Valid Food Handling Certification required (state or local equivalent).
- 31+ years of food service, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
- 4Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
- 5Strong customer service and communication skills.
- 6Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 7Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs.
- 8Team-oriented mindset with a guest-first attitude.
