What You'll Do10
- 1Build and lead a collections and lending team to meet branch goals across delinquency and charge-off reductions
- 2Design and oversee underwriting processes for the assigned branch to maintain risk controls and approval standards
- 3Motivate, train and develop staff to deliver high levels of customer service and compliance
- 4Manage the branch collections portfolio, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans
- 5Back up the Branch General Manager when needed and contribute to daily operations
- 6Ensure branch compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- 7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and software usage
- 8Drive performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 9Partner with customers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships
- 10Scale operations to accommodate growth while maintaining operational efficiency
