What You'll Do10
- 1Build and perform brake and tire services including pad replacements, caliper work, rotor servicing, and tire installations
- 2Inspect vehicles for routine maintenance and reconditioning needs and document findings for repairs
- 3Diagnose basic mechanical issues and coordinate with team to ensure timely completion of tasks
- 4Prepare vehicles for delivery by completing tests, alignments, and quality checks
- 5Support senior technicians on complex repairs and diagnostics as needed
- 6Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper safety practices in all tasks
- 7Assist with inventory management for tools, parts, and supplies
- 8Contribute to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through precise workmanship
- 9Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing skill development
- 10Adhere to Carvana safety policies and environmental guidelines
Requirements10
- 1Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
- 2Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds
- 3Professional automotive repair experience with a minimum of 1 year
- 4Willingness to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
- 5Comfort in a fast-paced production environment and exposure to weather conditions
- 6Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- 7Basic knowledge of brake systems and tire services preferred
- 8Experience with ASE and tool reimbursement programs a plus
- 9High attention to safety and quality standards
