What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and supervise daily body shop operations and production workflow
  • 2Lead technicians, painters, prep staff, detailers, and shop personnel to maximize productivity
  • 3Review estimates, supplements, repair plans, and insurance approvals to avoid delays
  • 4Interface with insurance companies and adjusters to secure timely authorizations
  • 5Maintain quality control before vehicle delivery and monitor cycle times to reduce bottlenecks
  • 6Communicate repair status and delays with customers and keep all parties informed
  • 7Manage parts ordering accuracy and address delays quickly
  • 8Ensure adherence to repair procedures and safety standards
  • 9Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient shop and oversee profitability

Requirements10

  • 1Previous body shop management or collision repair management experience
  • 2Strong knowledge of collision repair from teardown through final delivery
  • 3Experience with insurance claims and supplements
  • 4Estimating experience preferred
  • 5Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • 6Ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines
  • 7Excellent communication and customer service focus
  • 8Dependable and professional with ownership of shop operations
  • 9CCC ONE experience strongly preferred
  • 10Hands-on management style with focus on production and quality
