Overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst leads individualized treatment plans and oversees clinical staff while supporting children with autism and families. This role focuses on delivering high-quality evidence-based ABA services.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Develop Build and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • 2Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and skill-based assessments
  • 3Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on progress
  • 4Provide supervision Train and give performance feedback to RBTs and BT
  • 5Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
  • 6Ensure documentation meets BCBA and Minnesota DHS EIDBI standards
  • 7Participate in clinical meetings staff trainings and quality improvement initiatives
  • 8Maintain ethical professional standards in all services
  • 9Manage caseload Supervise staff and ensure treatment integrity
  • 10Reliable transportation for community-based services
  • 11Obtain CPR First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Requirements7

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Master’s degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
  • 3Active BCBA certification Must obtain Minnesota Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst LABA license within first 30 days
  • 4Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities
  • 5Strong clinical leadership and communication skills
  • 6Ability to manage caseload Supervise staff and ensure treatment integrity
  • 7CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
