- 5Ensure tasks reflect the true depth of biostatistics practice, avoiding simplistic examples
- 6Coordinate with project stakeholders to align deliverables with regulatory and scientific expectations
Requirements5
- 1Advanced degree in biostatistics or related field (MS or PhD)
- 24+ years experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, hospital, or academic medical settings
- 3Strong proficiency with R, Python, SAS, or Stata on real clinical datasets
- 4Solid grasp of clinical study design, regulatory documentation, and observational research methods
- 5Excellent written communication and ability to produce detailed scoring rubrics and documentation
