What You'll Do6
- 1Craft and review statistical outputs from clinical datasets and related TFLs to support evaluation tasks
- 2Judge the accuracy and consistency of estimates, confidence intervals, p-values, analysis populations, and missing data handling per the SAP
- 3Spot inconsistencies between outputs and CSR narratives, including population definitions and multiplicity handling
- 4Document the derivation of ground truth for each task to enable independent verification
- 5Provide concise written rationales that distinguish true statistical errors from acceptable methodological alternatives
- 6Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to refine evaluation criteria and tasks
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 5 years as a biostatistician supporting clinical trials in sponsor, CRO, or academic settings
- 2Hands-on experience producing or QA/QC of TFLs for regulatory submissions using CDISC SDTM/ADaM data
- 3Strong proficiency with SAS and/or R and the ability to reproduce analyses from written specs
- 4Deep understanding of confirmatory trial methods including survival analysis, mixed models, covariate adjustment, and multiplicity control as well as ICH E9(R1) estimand and missing-data strategies
- 5Ability to interpret SAPs and ensure results align with predefined analyses
- 6Graduate degree in Biostatistics or a related quantitative field
- 7Nice to have: prior lead statistician experience on pivotal studies, CSR statistical section work, oncology endpoint expertise, and exposure to AI-assisted statistical review tools
