This BIM Modeler owns LOD400 fabrication-level models for advanced liquid cooling infrastructure across a global data center portfolio. Using Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud, they build and maintain detailed models that drive project coordination. They join a team of engineers and construction managers delivering hyperscale data centers. What You'll Do7
- 1Build LOD400 fabrication-level BIM models for liquid cooling infrastructure in Revit.
- 2Maintain model accuracy and consistency across multiple data center projects using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- 3Develop reusable Revit families and content to accelerate project delivery.
- 4Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to resolve clashes and ensure model constructability.
- 5Drive adoption of ACC workflows for model sharing and version control.
- 6Audit models against LOD400 standards and correct discrepancies.
- 7Support project kickoffs by preparing initial model setups and templates.
Requirements7
- 13+ years creating LOD400 fabrication-level BIM models.
- 2Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- 3Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model coordination.
- 42+ years working on data center or mission critical projects.
- 5Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- 6Associate's degree in BIM, architecture, or related field.
- 7Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
