Overview
Field Service Technician responsible for installing Nielsen measurement equipment in Mobile AL or Gulf Port MS locations. Must reside locally and travel locally up to 50% of time.
What You'll Do11
- 1Establish and maintain long term relationships with Nielsen Families/Households
- 2Install Nielsen measurement equipment in newly assigned households
- 3Identify problems and troubleshoot data/equipment issues
- 4Travel locally for up to 50% of time
- 5Drive vehicles for up to 8 hours per day
- 6Stand for up to 6 hours per day
- 7Kneel for up to 2 hours per day
- 8Climb stairs and navigate varied home entrances
- 9Interact with customers in diverse home environments
- 10Work year round in all weather conditions
- 11Lift up to 30lbs
Requirements9
- 1Valid Driver’s License
- 2High School Diploma or GED
- 3Ability to live and work in Mobile AL or Gulf Port MS
- 4Willingness to be outside in all weather conditions
- 5Physical stamina to stand and walk extensively
- 6Experience with consumer electronics and basic networking concepts
- 7Superior customer service skills
- 8Organizational and time management abilities
- 9Problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
