Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, Payment Technology
Overview
You will own the full support lifecycle for B2B payment technology at a national credit card processing company with a decade of industry experience. From high-volume inbound calls to equipment deployment, you will ensure merchants activate smoothly and continue receiving exceptional service. Working in a hybrid model from our Dallas, Texas office, you will collaborate with sales, tech, and vendor teams to resolve issues and drive satisfaction. What You'll Do8
- 1Answer a high volume of support calls and requests daily, resolving issues with payment technology and POS systems
- 2Make outbound calls to customers to provide proactive follow-up on their support requests
- 3Deploy and install new POS equipment, and reprogram existing hardware as needed for merchants
- 4Review CRM files to ensure proper setup and installation, updating records with accuracy
- 5Create POS/VAR sheets to document configurations and facilitate smooth activations
- 6Provide general support to merchants and sales agents, handling escalated issues with professionalism
- 7Coordinate with multiple departments and vendors to ensure seamless activation and ongoing merchant support
- 8Complete additional duties as assigned to support team goals and client satisfaction
Requirements9
- 1Bilingual fluency required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 22+ years in the merchant services industry required
- 32+ years in a technical/customer support role required
- 4Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems
- 5Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- 6Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple personalities and escalated issues
- 7Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong time management abilities
- 8Willingness to work a varying schedule, including after-hours support as needed
- 9Willingness to work in a hybrid office setting, with three days in the office in Dallas, Texas
