What You'll Do7
- 1Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance
- 2Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
- 3Develop and maintain internal controls for financial data accuracy
- 4Manage and mentor accounting professionals in a collaborative environment
- 5Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial planning
- 6Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
- 7Identify process improvements and implement best practices
Requirements8
- 1Bilingual English Spanish
- 2Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience
- 4CPA or CMA certification
- 5Proficiency in QuickBooks NetSuite and advanced Excel
- 6Strong GAAP understanding
- 7Analytical problem-solving organizational skills
- 8Effective communication interpersonal abilities
