Overview
We seek compassionate Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. Our ABA services empower children adolescents and adults to develop independence and improve quality of life. This part-time non-exempt role offers competitive pay and benefits.
What You'll Do8
- 1Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in homes and community settings
- 2Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision
- 3Collect accurate session data and complete documentation promptly
- 4Teach communication social behavioral adaptive and daily living skills
- 5Support clients in achieving individualized treatment goals
- 6Collaborate with caregivers supervisors and interdisciplinary teams
- 7Maintain professionalism confidentiality and ethical standards
- 8Travel to client locations within assigned service areas
Requirements7
- 1Minimum six months experience in ABA behavioral health or related fields
- 2High school diploma or GED required
- 3Valid driver’s license reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- 4Availability for at least two weekdays consistently
- 5Background clearance approval
- 6Current Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
- 7Degree in psychology education child development behavioral science social work or related field

$42 - $58k per year
