What You'll Do6
- 1Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions in client homes and community locations
- 2Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision
- 3Collect accurate session data and document progress toward individualized goals
- 4Teach communication social behavioral adaptive and daily living skills
- 5Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure consistent care
- 6Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while supporting diverse client populations
Requirements7
- 1Minimum six months experience in ABA behavioral health or related fields
- 2High School Diploma or GED requirement
- 3Valid driver’s license reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- 4Availability for at least two weekdays per week
- 5Background clearance clearance and ability to pass drug tests
- 6Current Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
- 7Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology education child development behavioral science social work or related discipline
