What You'll Do7
- 1Design and execute behavioral treatment plans to improve social skills and independent abilities
- 2Create supportive environments that encourage positive behavior and on-task engagement
- 3Collect and analyze session data according to lesson objectives
- 4Maintain detailed daily notes and communicate findings to supervisors and BCBAs
- 5Collaborate with families to design activities and modify settings for optimal outcomes
- 6Support progress monitoring through skill assessments and behavior tracking
- 7Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all therapeutic interactions
Requirements9
- 1Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification
- 2Minimum 10 hours weekly availability between 3 pm and 7 pm
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- 6Valid driver's license and proof of immunization records
- 7Background clearance approved by employer
- 8Willingness to relocate to Dublin CA within 30 days
- 9Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
