Overview
As a Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty, you own the in-store customer experience, from first greeting to final sale. What You'll Do8
- 1Build customer relationships and inspire loyalty by understanding their beauty goals and recommending complementary products.
- 2Inform customers of current promotions, events, and loyalty program benefits, and enroll them in the program.
- 3Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and seasonal promotions.
- 4Execute cash transactions and manage monetary records with accuracy and speed.
- 5Maintain a professional store environment, restock shelves, and communicate inventory issues to management.
- 6Demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values and follow company code of ethics and behavior.
- 7Open or close the store and make bank deposits as needed.
- 8Use product knowledge training to answer customer questions about ingredients, usage, and benefits.
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 218 years or older.
- 31+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- 4Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
- 5Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
- 6Read and explain product labels.
- 7Lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
- 8Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like bending, crouching, and reaching.
