We seek a skilled Bartender to join our team at Tacolicious in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will own cocktail service and hospitality at a high-volume full-service restaurant. What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare and serve cocktails margaritas beer wine and non-alcoholic beverages with precision
- 2Deliver warm knowledgeable hospitality to bar guests and dining room
- 3Take accurate food and beverage orders while maintaining organization
- 4Follow recipes portion standards and responsible alcohol-service practices
- 5Demonstrate knowledge of our menu cocktails spirits and ingredients
- 6Make recommendations to help guests discover new drinks and menu items
- 7Monitor guest needs during busy periods while managing multiple orders
- 8Assist with opening and closing duties including bar setup breakdown cleaning and restocking
- 9Adhere to all restaurant health safety and cash-handling procedures
- 10Contribute to a positive respectful team-oriented work environment
- 11Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail throughout service
Requirements10
- 1Reliable punctual and capable of working in a team
- 2Previous bartending experience in full-service restaurants
- 3Solid understanding of basic bartending fundamentals
- 4Strong communication and organizational abilities
- 5Friendly confident outgoing personality
- 6Ability to multitask and remain composed during peak service
- 7Attention to cleanliness detail
- 8Knowledge of tequila mezcal cocktails and Mexican-inspired drinks
- 9Previous bar lead or management experience preferred
- 10Valid RBS and Food Handlers card minimum wage plus tips
