Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista/Bar Prep to support bar operations at Nobu DC LLC. This role involves drink preparation and maintaining a clean workspace. The ideal candidate loves coffee and customer service.
What You'll Do9
- 1Clean and maintain all work areas and equipment used in food and beverage preparation
- 2Ensure proper and adequate daily setup of the bar by requisitioning stocking and preparing condiments and produce
- 3Prepare food items to order following established recipes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- 4Make required drinks during shift as needed
- 5Stock shelves racks tables and service stations with necessary supplies for service
- 6Support bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations
- 7Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- 8Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar and storage areas
- 9Assist with opening running and closing side work duties as assigned

- 1Stand for long periods of time during your shift
- 2Carry push or pull up to 50lbs
- 3Ability to kneel squat reach climb a ladder
