- 6Wash and sterilize glassware
- 7Prepare garnishes and replenish bar snacks
- 8Maintain attractive and functional bar setup
- 9Clear and reset bar tables
- 10Present drink menus and recommend beverages
- 11Ensure cleanliness in all bar areas
- 12Serve food orders to bar guests
- 13Report equipment issues to the manager
- 14Assist with inventory restocking
- 15Fill in as needed for smooth operations
- 16Clean tables doors floors and other surfaces
- 17Provide hospitable guest experiences
Requirements9
- 121 years old
- 2Knowledge of service and food and beverage
- 3At least three years front-of-the-house experience
- 4Excellent math skills and cash register proficiency
- 5Ability to stand for up to ten hours
- 6Physical stamina to lift fifty pounds
- 7Availability for forty-five to sixty hour weeks
- 8Experience in fast-paced high stress environments
- 9Strong teamwork orientation
