What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- 2Enter orders accurately into POS device accepting cash and charge payments
- 3Replenish condiments beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- 4Ensure proper presentation portion control and serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- 5Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment supplies and utensils
- 6Serve customers quickly and efficiently preventing delays in serving lines
- 7Demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items explaining them to customers
- 8Serve as an advocate of selling techniques establishing good communication assisting buying decisions
- 9Serve food neatly and attractively per standard
- 10Perform other duties as assigned
