Overview
Own the barista experience at a high-volume location and deliver great coffee and service to customers. Work with a collaborative team in a structured schedule. You will handle espresso drinks, food items and cash/POS transactions. This role offers growth opportunities within Flik and Compass Group.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build espresso beverages and related food items following standard recipes
- 2Enter orders into POS and process cash and card payments accurately
- 3Maintain sanitation, cleanliness and proper serving temperatures per HACCP standards
- 4Greet customers courteously and communicate menu items clearly
- 5Serve customers quickly and efficiently while minimizing delays in lines
- 6Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu items and assist customers in decision making
- 7Maintain attractive merchandised display foods and present items neatly
- 8Assist with stock and replenishment of condiments, beverages and general supplies
- 9Relay customer concerns to supervisors and contribute to a positive guest experience
- 10Perform other duties as assigned

- 1Previous barista experience required
- 2Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- 3Ability to handle cash and operate POS device accurately
- 4Capable of following HACCP guidelines for food safety
- 5Strong customer service and communication skills
