What You'll Do15
- 1Prepare and serve Vietnamese cold brew Thai tea matcha lattes and other Plume Collection drinks with consistency and care
- 2Operate Dripos POS system to process sales accurately and efficiently
- 3Handle cash transactions and make correct change with confidence
- 4Set up and break down booth at market/fair locations including equipment and signage
- 5Maintain clean organized prep and service station meeting food safety standards
- 6Greet customers warmly take orders promptly and answer menu questions
- 7Follow food safety protocols during prep and service
- 8Restock ingredients cups and supplies throughout market hours
- 9Travel to Geneva Lisle Elgin Aurora Roselle plus occasional fairs
- 10Experience previous barista or food service preferred but not required
- 11Comfortable handling cash and making accurate change
- 12Reliable transportation willing to travel to rotating market locations
- 13Work outdoors and on your feet during market hours in varying weather
- 14Strong time management skills to keep up during rushes
- 15Positive friendly attitude fitting small close-knit team
