Join CC Holdings as a friendly motivated detail oriented individual for full-time part-time barista cashier CSR roles at Eli Lilly Coffee Zon & Fuzion Cafes in downtown Indianapolis. Work Monday Friday 6300am 430pm with flexible shifts. Earn base pay up to $16.00 plus tips after passing background check and drug screen. Must be fully vaccinated and adhere to grooming standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare hot and cold beverages including coffee espresso tea and smoothies efficiently and sanitarily
- 2Educate guests on drink menus and suggest upsells while maintaining speed
- 3Process cash debit and credit card transactions using point of sale systems
- 4Balance cash drawers make change and record purchases accurately
- 5Maintain station cleanliness and organization following café guidelines
- 6Follow portion control and presentation specifications
- 7Restock merchandise ensure product quality and proper presentation
- 8Provide fast hospitable customer service create lasting impressions
- 9Demonstrate hospitality respect and kindness toward customers and teammates
- 10Assist with financial accountability recording orders and managing cash
- 11Act as front line representative handle changes and collaborate with team
Requirements5
- 1Arrives in proper uniform adhering to grooming standards
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Background check and drug screen clearance
- 4Fully vaccinated with documentation
- 5Previous barista cashier or CSR experience preferred
