You will partner with a founding team to build the best shop culture in North Denver, backed by tools provided at no cost. What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver world-class technical cuts and grooming services in a private, luxury suite, using H&N protocols exactly for every service.
- 2Master the H&N rituals that prioritize scalp health and skin rejuvenation, performing restorative treatments alongside each cut.
- 3Anticipate guest needs before they voice them, practicing unreasonable hospitality in every interaction.
- 4Arrive 15 minutes early to set the stage for the day and stay 20 minutes after closing to ensure the sanctuary is pristine.
- 5Maintain a pristine, organized workspace, performing every task with the same care as a service.
- 6Engage professionally with high-end, male clientele, building rapport and anticipating their preferences.
- 7Attend mandatory weekly training sessions to master the health-specialist approach and refine your craft.
- 8Contribute to a zero-drama culture by communicating directly and empathetically, supporting teammates.
- 9Drive membership growth through exceptional service and promoting the H&N experience to guests.
Requirements8
- 1Active Colorado Barber or Cosmetology License.
- 22+ years of professional barbering or styling experience, with a passion for precision and hair and scalp wellness.
- 3Strong communication skills to engage professionally with a high-end, male clientele.
- 4Team-first attitude with a desire to help ownership build the best shop culture in North Denver.
- 5Ability to follow H&N protocols exactly, including rituals and service standards.
- 6Commitment to arriving 15 minutes early and staying 20 minutes after closing as part of the professional standard.
- 7Reliability and punctuality, with a focus on maintaining a pristine sanctuary environment.
- 8Willingness to work weekends, with a $1.00/hr differential for scheduled weekend shifts.
