- 9Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally
- 10Assist in resetting dining areas for the next service
- 11Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations
Requirements11
- 1Previous experience in food and beverage settings with knowledge of alcoholic beverages
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3Strong understanding of menu offerings and service etiquette
- 4Excellent guest service skills for personalized interactions
- 5Basic proficiency with computer systems for order entry
- 6Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand, stoop, bend repeatedly
- 7Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- 8Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
