What You'll Do14
- 1Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following hotel standards
- 2Deliver warm attentive professional service to guests in bar and restaurant areas
- 3Support breakfast and daytime restaurant service with efficiency and attention to detail
- 4Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails beer wine spirits and non-alcoholic options
- 5Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- 6Take accurate orders and process payments according to hotel procedures
- 7Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to service needs
- 8Follow responsible alcohol service protocols and comply with regulations
- 9Prepare garnishes juices mixers and syrups for bar mise en place
- 10Maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of bar and storage areas
- 11Communicate inventory shortages to leadership and manage supplies
- 12Support food service at the bar and collaborate with restaurant colleagues
- 13Assist with opening closing side work and bar breakdown duties
- 14Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Requirements9
- 1Previous bartending experience required
- 2Hotel restaurant lounge airport hotel or high-volume food and beverage background preferred
- 3Strong knowledge of cocktail spirits beer wine and beverage preparation standards
- 4Excellent guest service communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced guest-facing environment
- 6Responsible alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain it
- 7Food handler certification or willingness to obtain it
- 8Dependable punctual polished and team-oriented individual
- 9Flexible morning schedule including weekends and holidays
