Overview
We seek a Food and Beverage Houseperson who demonstrates flexibility strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service abilities. This role involves transitioning between banquet setup and bartending based on operational demands.
What You'll Do9
- 1Construct banquet rooms and meeting spaces per Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- 2Organize tables and chairs within banquet and meeting environments
- 3Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of meeting spaces hallways and storage areas
- 4Refresh meeting rooms during intervals by restocking beverages and supplies
- 5Serve alcoholic beverages including beer wine and spirits following established hotel protocols
- 6Maintain organized bar stock replenishing spirits beer wine mixers and garnishes
- 7Operate point of sale systems throughout shifts
- 8Complete additional assignments as directed
- 9Restock beverages and essential supplies as needed

- 1Proven culinary expertise with comprehensive knowledge of cooking techniques ingredients and equipment
- 2Demonstrated accuracy and rapid task execution capabilities
- 3Certifications including TABC and ServSafe
- 4Capacity to multitask effectively in high-speed settings
- 5Flexible availability covering evening and weekend hours
- 6Physical stamina to remain standing for prolonged durations
- 7Ability to lift and transport objects weighing up to fifty pounds
