You will own the end-to-end processing of complex regulatory banking transactions at TEKsystems, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a high-volume environment. You'll navigate multiple banking systems, evaluate risk and fraud, and support member and partner inquiries. You'll join a collaborative team focused on operational excellence and process improvement. This role offers exposure to specialized regulatory operations and the chance to make a direct impact on member financial security.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Process a high volume of complex regulatory banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency using multiple banking and processing systems.
  • 2Evaluate transactions for risk, approval requirements, account limits, and potential fraud concerns.
  • 3Respond to member and internal partner inquiries via phone, email, and mail, resolving issues while maintaining exceptional service.
  • 4Research and resolve member, vendor, and internal issues, escalating complex situations when needed.
  • 5Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of member interactions, activities, and transactions.
  • 6Assist with specialized regulatory activities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • 7Conduct quality control reviews on assigned processes and transactions, monitoring and validating transactional reports.
  • 8Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • 9Support training efforts and assist in developing fellow associates.

Requirements10

  • 12+ years of experience in banking or financial industry.
  • 2High School Diploma required; some post-secondary education preferred.
  • 3Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 4Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a complex environment.
  • 5Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • 6Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • 7Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • 8Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • 9Preferred: Experience with governmental banking regulatory reporting activities.
  • 10Preferred: Knowledge of deposit account maintenance, IRA processing, tax reporting, or other banking operations functions.
