What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain inventory using ovens and production charts
- 2Unpack and stage bakery goods according to production schedules
- 3Prepare and price items while ensuring accurate labeling
- 4Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout bakery area
- 5Answer member inquiries and process special orders
- 6Rotate and store products following food safety protocols
- 7Operate bakery equipment safely and effectively
- 8Document out-of-date products and implement salvage procedures
- 9Clean and sanitize all equipment and work surfaces regularly
- 10Follow club policies and contribute to team performance goals
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience baking or customer service
- 2Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- 3Minimum age 18 years
- 4Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently
- 5Strong attention to detail for food safety compliance
- 6Commitment to maintaining positive member experience
- 7Willingness to work in fast paced environment
