What You'll Do9
- 1Tint automotive windows with precision using 3M and Suntek films to factory standards.
- 2Install paint protection film on hoods, bumpers, mirrors, and fenders, ensuring bubble-free application.
- 3Hand-cut film for complex curves and edges, matching vehicle contours flawlessly.
- 4Maintain a clean, organized workspace, prepping vehicles and surfaces per manufacturer guidelines.
- 5Inspect each completed vehicle for defects, reworking any area that does not meet quality thresholds.
- 6Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets, prioritizing accuracy over speed.
- 7Document work completed in the tracking system, noting any issues or material usage.
- 8Follow safety protocols for handling knives and chemicals, keeping equipment in top condition.
- 9Communicate with customers about care instructions and warranty coverage before delivery.
Requirements8
- 12+ years of automotive window tinting experience, with verifiable references.
- 2Proficiency with hand-cutting and computer-cut tinting methods.
- 3Experience applying PPF on bumpers, hoods, and mirrors with zero defects.
- 4Own your own heat gun, squeegee, and knife kit, plus basic hand tools.
- 5Ability to stand for long hours and work in a garage environment with moderate noise and temperature changes.
