Automotive Service Manager, Dealership Operations
Overview
You will take ownership of the entire service department at Bill Oliverio Premier Auto Sales, overseeing a team of technicians and advisors. You will manage daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and hit aggressive bonus targets in a high-volume dealership. The team is already in place, and they need a leader with 5+ years of automotive experience to guide them. This role offers a strong base salary of $65K-80K plus bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, and 401K. What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the service department team, setting clear performance goals and monitoring progress to ensure targets are met
- 2Design and implement training programs for staff on administrative policies and service procedures
- 3Ensure technicians stay current with technical training on new systems and components from manufacturers
- 4Partner with factory representatives to stay updated on warranty policies and procedures
- 5Resolve customer complaints immediately, maintaining a high CSI rating and customer loyalty
- 6Coordinate with sales and service to deliver a seamless customer experience
- 7Build a culture of excellence, encouraging teamwork and professional growth
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Advisor
- 2Previous service manager experience is a plus
- 3Import experience is a major plus
- 4Professional commitment and desire to be a top performer

- 7Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the US
