What You'll Do18
- 1Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations
- 2Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures as outlined in the current Employee Handbook
- 3Take necessary corrective and/or disciplinary action for employee non-compliance
- 4Ensure quality of work attitude and performance meets or exceeds guest satisfaction goals
- 5Direct the smooth orderly and organized operation of the store
- 6Maintain a personal positive attitude and positive communications at all times
- 7Develop estimates and work orders and assign work orders to the technicians
- 8Ensure selection of quality parts and achieve target margins
- 9Open and close stores on a daily basis
- 10Perform daily accounting closing and balancing procedures
- 11Perform daily weekly and monthly reconciliations audits and report analysis
- 12Report results to Franchise Owners and or Operators
- 13Ensure all equipment is fully operational and in good working order
- 14Serve as primary communications interface to customers before during and after service
- 15Greet every guest that enters our facility with enthusiasm and a smile showing hospitality and the highest level of respect
- 16Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand
- 17Possess the ability to consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity
- 18Act in a professional manner suitable as to represent a quality organization with which you are employed projecting characteristics of honesty and integrity
Requirements5
- 15 years work experience in Automotive Customer Service
- 25 years in a Supervisory or Management experience in Automotive Customer Service
- 3Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- 4Current driver’s licenses
- 5Acceptable driving record to current insurance carrier
Salary Insight
$70 - $110k per year
