What You'll Do8
- 1Perform oil changes, fluid services, and lubrication on moving vans and box trucks.
- 2Repair tires, brakes, and suspension components to keep vehicles road-ready.
- 3Diagnose and fix mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- 4Complete warranty-related repairs based on your skill level and ASE certification.
- 5Assist senior technicians with complex engine and electrical diagnostics.
- 6Drive Budget Truck vehicles on public roads to verify repairs and performance.
- 7Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
- 8Document all repairs and parts usage in the computer system.
Requirements10
- 1Valid Driver's License (Class A, B, or C).
- 22+ years of professional auto repair experience.
- 3At least 1 ASE certification, with ability to obtain 2 more within first year.
- 4Working knowledge of ASE areas: Engine Repair, Brakes, Electrical, HVAC.
- 5Comfortable in a mechanical shop with moderate to loud noise levels.
- 6Complete set of automotive tools for repair and maintenance.
- 7Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
- 8Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend, and kneel frequently.
- 9At least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- 10Must obtain DOT medical clearance.
