Overview
Own end to end fulfillment operations for automotive glass products in a fast‑paced environment. Lead scanning labeling packing loading unloading and distribution tasks while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
What You'll Do10
- 1Power up RF Modulated scanner and prep windshield or body‑glass crate before receiving product
- 2Select items with scanner and complete picks by printing and applying precise content labels
- 3Switch to packaging mode using appropriate tools to hand‑build sturdy boxes
- 4Set glass add dunnage seal label and stack on pallets ensuring proper orientation
- 5Audit contents by counting every part to confirm quantity matches label
- 6Secure crates with staples banding or shrink wrapping and verify serial numbers against container list
- 7Inspect trailers and operate forklift or reach truck to load or unload shipments
- 8Scan and stage incoming crates for pick racks during wave transitions
- 9Drive forklift or reach truck to transfer parts between locations
- 10Maintain RF Modulated scanner workflow throughout shift
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading warehouse teams
- 35+ years assembling custom glass packaging solutions
- 42+ years operating forklifts and reach trucks safely
- 51 year experience with RF Modulated scanners
- 6Certified in material handling equipment operation
