Automotive Bookkeeper Miami
Overview

What You'll Do10
- 1Process and reconcile daily cash deposits credit card transactions and bank statements
- 2Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties including invoice processing and payment tracking
- 3Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- 4Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- 5Ensure accurate posting of transactions in the general ledger
- 6Reconcile various accounts such as bank and inventory
- 7Maintain and organize accounting records and documentation
- 8Support internal and external audits as needed
- 9Work closely with the dealership’s finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely reporting
- 10Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field or currently pursuing
- 21-2 years of accounting experience preferably in the automotive industry
- 3Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger functions
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (CDK Global experience a plus)
- 5High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- 6Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- 7Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- 8Bilingual English Spanish preferred
