Overview
Design and develop PLC-based continuous emissions monitoring systems with Allen-Bradley PLCs. Support on-site commissioning and training with up to 25% travel. Ensure high-quality monitoring solutions through technical design and field support.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and configure PLC-based control systems for CEMS using Studio 5000 Logix Designer
- 2Maintain Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix ladder logic programs
- 3Develop and maintain HMI applications for intuitive end-user interfaces
- 4Configure communication gateways for field device control
- 5Participate in FAT and site commissioning activities
- 6Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external customers
- 7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
- 8Communicate technical concepts clearly using written and verbal methods
- 9Ensure compliance with logic diagrams and electrical schematics during implementation
Requirements11
- 1Minimum two years PLC programming experience with Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 Logix Designer
- 2Proven experience with CompactLogix and ControlLogix PLC platforms
- 3In-depth knowledge of HMI development and maintenance
- 4Strong understanding of digital and analog process signal measurement
- 5Experience with MODBUS and other industrial communication protocols
- 6Ability to interpret logic diagrams and technical documentation
- 7Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley systems and Studio 5000
- 9Familiarity with electrical and instrumentation wiring techniques
- 10Good written and verbal communication skills
- 11Experience in automation environments involving PLCs and HMIs
