What You'll Do5
- 1Install troubleshoot repair automatic doors access control low energy pedestrian doors with glass and glazing exposure
- 2Diagnose and resolve routine issues such as broken springs hinges locks electrical components
- 3Learn welding if desired
- 4Configure door hardware including locks handles closers low voltage and access control systems
- 5Provide service using company vehicle and tools
Requirements6
- 14-5+ years experience in commercial door service industry
- 2AAADM certification preferred
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Physically able to lift 50 lbs moving items climbing ladders up to 20 feet working on knees
- 5Valid driver license and ability to operate company vehicle
- 6Pass drug background and motor vehicle checks
