What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare and revise detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for engineering and construction projects
- 2Develop and maintain accurate construction drawing sets and project documentation
- 3Incorporate engineer and architect redlines field measurements and review comments
- 4Assist with temporary structures scaffolding sidewalk sheds and other construction conditions
- 5Conduct occasional site visits to document existing and field conditions
- 6Coordinate drawings with engineers architects and contractors
- 7Prepare drawings for permitting construction and as-built documentation
- 8Maintain drawing libraries templates and drafting standards
- 9Perform quality-control reviews to ensure accuracy consistency and completeness
- 10Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2NYC Department of Buildings requirements and Chapter 33 of the NYC Building Code
- 3Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in drafting engineering technology architecture or related field
- 4Strong attention to detail organization and time-management skills
- 5Ability to interpret engineering architectural plans field sketches and technical specifications
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
