What You'll Do11

  • 4Apply pre-loss adjustments and negotiate final prices with shop decision makers
  • 5Review supplement requests and validate supporting documentation
  • 6Provide detailed cost estimates and explain claim processes to customers
  • 7Manage advanced fees for tow tear down and storage services
  • 8Perform quality assurance tasks and support desk appraisal activities
  • 9Maintain accurate records of vehicle repair costs and claim explanations
  • 10Collaborate with teams to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks
  • 11Handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently

Requirements11

  • 1Four years of insurance or body shop experience
  • 2Strong technical knowledge of auto appraisal processes
