Overview

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Auto Body Technician to join our Severn Auto Body teams in Annapolis and Severna Park. This role offers competitive compensation and relocation incentives. What You'll Do8

  • 1Independently perform complex structural and non-structural collision repairs following OEM procedures
  • 2Repair and align damaged body panels and structural components
  • 3Utilize frame equipment and specialized collision repair tools
  • 4Identify hidden damage and communicate findings to management
  • 5Review repairs and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • 6Maintain organized and safe work environments
  • 7Collaborate with estimators and repair planners to optimize workflow
  • 8Stay current with evolving vehicle construction and repair methods

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 25+ years of collision repair or body technician experience
  • 3Proven ability to complete complex repairs independently
  • 4Knowledge of frame/structural repair techniques
  • 5Experience with panel replacement and welding
  • 6Understanding of OEM repair procedures
  • 7I-CAR certification preferred
  • 8Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces
