Tesla certified shop offering flat rate pay with unlimited potential. 4x10 schedule provides three-day weekend. Competitive wages start at $22 to $30 per hour. Location Seattle WA onsite payroll.
What You'll Do9
- 1Perform collision repairs including welding sheet metal and refinishing
- 2Use frame and measuring equipment to restore vehicles to manufacturer specs
- 3Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance for safety
- 4Work with team to meet repair deadlines without sacrificing quality
- 5Maintain clean workspace and follow safety protocols
- 6Stay current on aluminum and electric vehicle repair including Tesla
- 7Manage multiple repairs simultaneously
- 8Keep personal tools in good working order
- 9Obtain valid driver's license with insurable record
Requirements5
- 15+ years proficiency with I-CAR welding and frame measuring equipment
- 23-5 seasons experience in automotive repair
- 3Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- 4Ability to operate heavy machinery safely
- 5Strong organizational skills for high-volume environments
