We are hiring immediately for a full-time and on call ATTENDANT CATERING position at UT Arlington. What You'll Do11
- 1Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
- 2Log and maintain food temperatures throughout service
- 3Arrange tables and decorations according to standards
- 4Serve food and beverages to guests
- 5Thoroughly clean location after each event
- 6Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility promptly
- 7Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions
- 8Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment
- 9Ensure guests receive friendly courteous service at all times
- 10Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand
- 11Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Requirements5
- 1Valid driver's license may be required
- 2Possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law
- 3Experience working in educational facilities
- 4Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and weekdays
- 5Reliable transportation available
