ATM Supervisor Role at Brink's Global Operations
Overview
The ATM Supervisor leads a team of drivers messengers and guards to manage cash in transit securely across 51 locations worldwide. This position ensures operational efficiency while maintaining a safe environment in an armed setting. You will oversee daily workflows enforce security protocols and develop staff through continuous training.
What You'll Do9
- 1Provide first line supervision to CIT employees
- 2Oversee daily operations including route efficiency scheduling and branch operations
- 3Maintain safe environment ensuring employees return home safely
- 4Coach and develop staff consistently
- 5Leverage systems equipment and process redesign for continuous improvement
- 6Secure inventories through strict compliance with security procedures
- 7Ensure employee adherence to federal state and local regulations
- 8Assist Management in meeting branch goals
- 9Cross-train and perform additional duties as needed
Requirements12
- 1Minimum 3 years operations experience in transportation or logistics
- 2Satisfy all Department of Transportation requirements
- 3Age 21 or older
- 4Valid firearms permit or ability to obtain one
- 5Valid guard card or ability to obtain required licenses
- 6Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- 7Bachelor's degree
- 8Professional skills in consultative analytical problem solving and communication
- 9Previous experience as an armored car driver
- 10Knowledge of route analysis and logistics
- 11Understanding of lean process improvement methodologies
- 12Budgeting and planning experience
