Brink’s U.S. seeks an ATM Coordinator to manage operations across multiple locations. This role drives field support and ensures seamless service delivery.
What You'll Do7
- 1Respond to customer and branch inquiries via phone fax and email to resolve cash and lock issues
- 2Maintain branch ATM database and guarantee emergency cash access after hours
- 3Generate monthly reports detailing ATM counts and branch performance
- 4Investigate daily reconciliation discrepancies and provide resolution codes
- 5Distribute procedures and train field staff on processes
- 6Cross train personnel and handle additional duties as needed
- 7Guard assets and follow all departmental policies
Requirements7
- 1Minimum six months dispatcher experience
- 2Valid driver’s license
- 3Pass Department of Transportation requirements
- 4Possess a valid guard card or obtain one
- 5Be at least twenty-one years old
- 6Preferred two years dispatcher experience
- 7Strong mechanical aptitude
