What You'll Do7

  • 3Own client communication and education, ensuring pet owners understand treatment options and preventive care.

  • 6Drive preventive care initiatives, including vaccination and parasite prevention, for a loyal client base.
  • 7Document patient encounters in electronic medical records (e.g., Avimark, Cornerstone) with accuracy and detail.

Requirements6

  • 1DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school (or equivalent) with active California veterinary license.
  • 20–5+ years of clinical experience, with new graduates welcome if mentorship is desired.
  • 3Strong surgical skills in routine procedures like spay/neuter and mass removal, or ability to develop them.
  • 4Familiarity with digital radiography and ultrasound interpretation, or willingness to learn.
  • 5Excellent communication skills to build trust with clients and collaborate with the team.
