Associate SQL/Database Developer
Overview
You will own database development for enterprise clients using Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, delivering critical data solutions from day one. You'll report to a senior database architect and join a team of 10+ developers supporting SAP/ERP integrations. What You'll Do9
- 1Write T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support application features
- 2Design and optimize database schemas for SQL Server environments
- 3Tune SQL queries and indexes to improve performance on large datasets
- 4Develop ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
- 5Collaborate with developers to integrate SAP systems with relational databases
- 6Build and maintain database documentation and data dictionaries
- 7Create and execute test scripts to validate database changes
- 8Monitor database health and troubleshoot production issues
- 9Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in SQL development
Requirements9
- 1Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 20-2 years of experience in database development or relevant coursework
- 3Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL query writing
- 4Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server (no experience required, but preferred)
- 5Knowledge of database design principles and normalization
- 6Experience with SSIS or similar ETL tools is a plus
- 7Understanding of SAP modules or ERP systems is advantageous
