Associate Product Manager, IVD & Biotech Products
Overview
You own the end-to-end management of two assigned product lines at Nova Biomedical, ensuring operational continuity and driving improvement. You'll monitor performance metrics, manage post-market activities, and lead cross-functional teams on cybersecurity and reliability projects. Backed by a global team of nearly 2,000 and a legacy of FDA-registered manufacturing, you'll directly influence product strategy in the IVD and biotech markets. This role stands out by blending hands-on product management with strategic market research, offering a tangible path to growth in a mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do7
- 1Manage two product lines end-to-end, ensuring operational continuity and alignment with business priorities.
- 2Track performance metrics like utilization and customer feedback, then escalate risks and opportunities to leadership.
- 3Coordinate post-market activities, including field feedback tracking and complaint trending, to drive improvement initiatives.
- 4Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Commercial) on cybersecurity and reliability projects, owning project plans and milestones.
- 5Deliver regular status updates to leadership, highlighting dependencies, trade-offs, and mitigation strategies.
- 6Run market research activities: customer interviews, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment to inform product strategy.
- 7Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring cross-functional accountability.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in product management or related role, with a focus on IVD or biotech products.
- 2Proven ability to coordinate R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- 3Strong project management skills, with hands-on experience using Jira or Asana.
- 4Clear written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 5Structured problem-solving approach, with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- 6Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and escalate issues proactively.
- 7Experience with post-market surveillance and complaint trending in a regulated environment.
- 8Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field.
