What You'll Do11
- 1Manage TikTok Shop catalog PIDs and optimize product listings
- 2Create platform-specific image and copy for product detail pages
- 3Set up shop-wide promotions and monitor campaign performance
- 4Operate TikTok Shop owner account with access management
- 5Maintain high Shop Performance Score through violation monitoring
- 6Respond to shopper reviews and manage customer communications
- 7Collaborate with distribution partners for order uplift forecasting
- 8Partner with Master Data team for item setup and pricing accuracy
- 9Support Development team in troubleshooting TikTok Shop integration
- 10Assist Accounting with reconciliation inquiries and support external TikTok team
- 11Monitor inventory levels and conduct smoke testing for new items
Requirements8
- 1Proven experience managing TikTok Shop operations
- 2Familiarity with Shopify preferred
- 3Knowledge of order routing platforms like Pipe17
- 4Experience with Power BI and advanced spreadsheet management
- 5Strong cross-functional communication abilities
- 6High organizational skills for managing multiple operational trackers
- 7Demonstrated ability to handle complex digital commerce workflows
