You will own patient care at Mansfield Family Dental, a privately owned practice in Boston, delivering restorative and cosmetic treatment for all ages. You will split your week between two locations, with a team that values modern dentistry and long-term patient relationships. What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver comprehensive hygiene exams and restorative care, maintaining a punctual schedule across both Mansfield and Franklin locations.
- 2Build trust with patients through clear communication, ensuring comfort before and during treatment.
- 3Collaborate with the dental team to create personalized treatment plans that prioritize long-term oral health.
- 4Perform cosmetic procedures such as bonding and veneers, enhancing patient smiles with modern dentistry techniques.
- 5Document patient histories and treatment outcomes accurately in the practice management system.
- 6Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene, empowering them to maintain healthy smiles.
- 7Contribute to a positive, team-based environment, supporting staff in daily operations.
- 8Adapt to a varied weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, with specific hours at each location.
Requirements8
- 1DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- 2Active Massachusetts dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- 31+ year clinical experience preferred, but new grads will be considered.
- 4Proficiency in restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and extractions.
- 5Strong interpersonal skills with a gentle bedside manner.
- 6Ability to work 3 days in Mansfield and 2 days in Franklin as scheduled.
- 7Comfort with digital radiography and practice management software.
- 8Commitment to punctuality and maintaining a smooth patient flow.
Salary Insight
$200 - $325k per year
